It is composed of one bedroom (furnished with one double bed and one bunk bed); a living room with a couch, kitchen and bathroom. Flat-screen TV, Internet and all other equipment are available. Parking in front of the building is available to all guests free of charge. It is located only five minutes walking distance from the sea.

If you cancel your booking 14 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 7 days before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 6 days before the move-in date, you won`t get a refund of the first rent.
