The apartment is located in the 7th floor in a building with a lift. The apartment has a balcony with a sitting area where you can smoke. You can park your car for free in front of the house, there are no parking zones.
Quiet location with views of the woods and a pond, grocery shop is 5 minutes walking distance.
You can reach the city centre (Wenceslas square) in 22minutes by public transportation. A short walk from the house there is a main road to the city center, Mlada Boleslav or Hradec Králové.
