The house consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed in the living room, and a mezzanine with a double bed. It features a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, an indoor and outdoor dining area, and a private pool. There is also air conditioning heating and a fireplace.

If you cancel your booking 14 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 7 days before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 6 days before the move-in date, you won`t get a refund of the first rent.
