The traffic lane leading to the parking lot at the back is narrower than normal, as it was designed before the advent of the car. It is important to circulate with caution. It is not possible to turn around in the parking lot: you have to go in front and back to get out, or back to get in and out front.
The building, with its period charm, is located on Avenue Maguire, where shops are a little further away, but many pedestrians pass in front of the building throughout the day.
