On the ground floor, the house has a living room with an open space kitchen, a guest bathroom and an outdoor patio.
On the first floor, the house has a complete suite with a private bathroom and built-in wardrobes and a second single bedroom with built-in wardrobes and a work desk, plus a full service bathroom.
The maximum number of guests or users allowed in the villa is 3 people.
Parties and animals are not allowed, laws and safety measures will apply.
Smoking is not permitted inside the villa, smoking is permitted in the private outdoor patio of the villa.
