Please keep in mind that this is a private room in a shared flat. Meaning, you might havrie to share the bathroom, laundry room and Kithchen with other guests who are living in other rooms. There are 3 rooms in this flat able to accomodate maximum 2 people in a room but we usually have 3 people alltogether.

If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 13 days before the move-in date, you won`t get a refund of the first rent.
