The apartment is on the second floor of a sunny villa, with a garden overlooking the sea, very close to the promenade of the wonderful coast of Golem, where you will find bars, restaurants, modern, quality markets with reasonable prices. Geographical position in the heart of Albania makes it very interesting for daily tourist trips and in the evening to have a quiet sleep in the apartment. With a space of 128m2, with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living room quite comfortable for 4 guests, with all the necessary accessories to live and work in a quiet and pleasant familiar environment for every visitor. The villa is located on the side of a hill. in a very quiet neighborhood with infrastructure that makes it accessible both on foot and by vehicle with secure private parking within the territory of the villa.
