Inside: one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room and a mezzanine with a single bed for an extra guest. BBQ amenities with possibility to eat meals alfresco. Garden and small plantation next to the house with organic vegetables and fruits. Short walking distance (5min) to coffeeshop, groceries shop or restaurant. To reach the vibrant city of Rio Maior will take you approximately 10 minutes by car. The house is at 30-45 minutes drive to Nazaré, Santarém, í“bidos, Caldas da Rainha or the capital, Lisbon.

If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 13 days before the move-in date, you won`t get a refund of the first rent.
