The space
A modern cozy one bedroom apartment with complete privacy on the back side of the building, free from street noise in a gorgeous old building covered in ivy and full of stained glass and tile.
Because the apartment is in the back of the building, there is no street noise, just tranquility in the middle of the bustling city.
Guest access
Guests have complete private access to the entire apartment and use of the common balcony and courtyard.

If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
