1 large living-room/ bedroom with a double-bed (2 adults comfortably fitting i ) and an antique sofa (can sleep 1 adult). There is an enormous book-shelf designed by the owner with non-fiction books and TV.
1 children-room with a child-bed however big enough to sleep 1 adult comfortably. We have left few toys and many children books for families travelling with their little ones.
1 fully-equiped kitchenwith oven, electric stove, microwave, american fridge (LG) and all utensils for baking/ cooking.
1 full bathroom with shower and WC. Additional stand-alone WC.
Large hallway with pull-up bar should guests wish to do a quick work-out.
Amazing location: <5 minutes walk to trendy coffee-shops/ bars/ top-notch restaurants as well as neighbourgood food-stores. Gyms, public swimming pool & 2 gorgeous parks <10 minutes walk.
Tram, bus and underground stop <2 minutes walk.
Located on the 1st floor facing inner court & quiet residential street - oasis of peace for a great night sleep.

If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 13 days before the move-in date, you won`t get a refund of the first rent.
