Cozy and historical studio with garden
Hey, we are a Spanish-Turkish couple, and we`d love to rent out the studio apartment on the ground floor in our three floor house, which we`re still in the process of restoring. The studio is 20 m2, with a 15 m2 private garden. It has a small independent kitchen, a bathroom, a spacious wardrobe for clothes, a dining table that can double as a workspace, a sofa that turns into a single bed, and a couch that converts into a double bed. The most unique feature? A cistern with a glass cover right inside the studio!
On the rooftop(third floor), there`s a shared space with a larger kitchen where we can hang out, plus a washing machine and dryer. We`re still working on improving the house, and since we love both restoration and hosting guests, we`d be happy to hear your ideasmaybe we can make some changes together!

No Deposit for stays of less than 6 months!
If you cancel your booking 7 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 47 hours before the move-in date, you won`t get a refund of the first rent.
