Therefore, we ask for your cooperation in following these rules:1. Temperature must not exceed 23°C2. Loud noises are prohibited between 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. (partys are not allow at any moment)3. Smoking is prohibited on the premises4. Prostitution is forbidden Any of these inappropriate behaviors will result in a financial penalty From 300 to 500 euros, depending on the issue . No Deposit for stays of less than 6 months!
If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 13 days before the move-in date, you won`t get a refund of the first rent.
