Superior Apartment is suitable for 4 adults. The apartment is 50m2 and consists of a separate bedroom and living room. The bedroom has a double bed measuring 180x200cm, while the living room has a sofa bed with a mattress, which can comfortably sleep 2 adults.
In the living room or in the hall there is a fully equipped kitchen including a convection oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, espresso machine and kettle. There is also a satellite TV in the living room. There is a washing machine in the bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet.

If you cancel your booking 14 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 7 days before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 6 days before the move-in date, you won`t get a refund of the first rent.
