City Garden - guest house
Bring all the company to this peaceful and spacious place. The guest house can accommodate up to 10 guests. Located in the city of Kostinbrod, away from the noise, at the same time only 30 minutes away from the capital.
The house is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. You also have a large yard with an indoor barbecue, a large fireplace, a summer kitchen and lovely sunny terraces with a beautiful view. You and your company are welcome. Cars can be parked in the yard.
The space
The house has two floors like the first one is located a living room with dining area, kitchen,bathroom with toilet and one bedroom with 2 single beds. On the second floor are 3 bedrooms - 1 with two single beds , 1 bedroom with 1 double bed , 1 bedroom with a large double and two single beds . There is also a full bathroom on the second floor.
Guest access
The entire house and adjoining yard is at your disposal .

No Deposit for stays of less than 6 months!
If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 13 days before the move-in date, you won`t get a refund of the first rent.
