Studio Palmovka, 10 minut from Wenceslav square
Comfy and well equipped attic studio situated on the 4th floor of a historical house, next to the underground and tram station Palmovka. It takes only 10 min to get to the centre.
There is a large bed (200x160 cm) and an unfolding sofa (200x130 cm); bed linen and towels are provided.
The studio has well equipped small kitchen: electric cooker, fridge with a deep-freeze compartment, kettle, various tableware, saucepans, etc.
Additionaly, there is: dining table with chairs, sofa, small desk, clothes hanger, washing machine, clothes drying rack, steam iron, ironing board.
There is no lift in the house.

If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 13 days before the move-in date, you won`t get a refund of the first rent.
