Beautiful modern apartment with 2 bedrooms and livingroom with kitchen of 60m2 size is located in a quiet green part of Prague 6 in Liboc.
Its location is ideal for those who want to live near the center, the airport, in a quiet part of Prague with the possibility to relax from the rush of the city in two of the most beautiful parks of Prague in Park Hvezda (5 min) or in Divoká Å árka (7 min). Directly in front of the entrance to the house there is a private parking place, which is included in the price.
There is a great pizzeria across the street, as well as a bus stop which takes you directly to the airport or metro station Petriny (3 stops). Thedere is also a pharmacy, post office, supermarket (Billa) or other shops. Metro takes you to the center in 12 minutes.
The apartment is located on the elevated ground floor of a maintained, renovated apartment building with a lift. The apartment underwent a complete, demanding reconstruction. It has 2 bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen, a glass bathroom, a separate toilet, a bath, a corridor and a loggia with a beautiful view of the green.
The fully equipped kitchen includes appliances Bosch and Siemens (induction cooker, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave oven), coffee machine, toaster. The Grohe bathroom taps. In the bathroom, and in the toilet is heated floor, in the living room LED SmartTV. In the entrance hall is also washing machine.
