Rent for max 1 adult, no pets, non-smokers.
The apartment is located on the fifth floor (building with an elevator),and facing to the courtyard, which guarantees quiet.
Regular cleaning and change of bed linen every 7 days included in rent.

If you cancel your booking 7 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 47 hours before the move-in date, you won`t get a refund of the first rent.
