It is located in the Bairro da Escola Tecnica neighborhood tha t has everything you need nearby - bank, phermacy, restaurants, supermarket , 10 m to train station and the beach and 15 m to Nova univ etc. Vcarcavelos is the big beach where you can surf and lounge qith grat cafes with nice food and envirnoment!. price for 2 people in the same room will add 200 euros

If you cancel your booking 14 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 7 days before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 6 days before the move-in date, you won`t get a refund of the first rent.
