Integrated in an old building completely renovated, this studio is located around the corner from 2 of the most beautiful green areas of the city, the Campo Mártires da Pátria and Jardim do Torel, as well as 5 minutes from downtown.
All bills included in the price (water, electricity, heating, internet and cleaning).
Equipped with aircon/heating, office chair, towels, hairdryer, bed linen, all kitchen utensils and oven/microwave.
The large roof window (Velux) has an electric shutter/black-out system, operated by remote control.
The single bed extends into a double one.
High-speed internet Wi-Fi and Ethernet (cable and adapter provided).
3 hours of cleaning service included, done every 2 weeks. More frequent cleaning interval is possible upon agreement.
Studio for 1 person, but with capacity to temporarily accommodate 2 people (for one weekend)
