Beautiful apartment situated on the first floor (2nd floor), located in a colony of family houses in the Garden City in the Zábehlice district of Prague. This quiet location offers a lot of parks, one is right in front of the house, another park with a playground is a two-minute walk away. You can go for long walks in the Hostivar Nature Park, which is connected to another nature park Botic-Milicov. The Hostivar forests hide a dam of the same name, where you can swim in the summer or sunbathe on the beach.
The location is easily accessible by public transport. Buses 195, 901, 906 and 959 stop three minutes away. Trams 22, 26, 97 and 99 and buses 101, 138, 175 and 177 stop six minutes' walk away. The city center can be reached in half an hour.
