Very nice, cozy and renovated apartment (48m2) is situated in district Letná where you can explore Prague`s picturesque streets. In a minute you get to the legendary cinema Bio Oko, which focuses on unconventional and art films. Veletrzni Palace with art exhibitions and theater Studio hrdinu. If you like wandering in nature, visit Stromovka Park, one of Prague's biggest parks, which hides the Gothic folly and Prague Planetarium. In 10 minutes you get to the Prague Exhibition Grounds, which hosts concerts and conferences. And there is also Križík fountain with water show with lighting effects or Sea World aquarium.
In the vicinity of the apartment you can find restaurants, cafes and bistros, supermarket, ATMs, pharmacy and laundry.
The location is easily accessible by public transport. In 10-minute you get to the green metro line A or 8-minute to red metro line C.
The main room of the apartment is a bedroom, which also serves as a living area where you will find a dining table in addition to a comfortable double bed. You can also relax on the couch, which can be laid out for visits and comfortable overnight stays. The room has a wardrobe for your personal belongings and a TV to watch your favorite TV shows.
The kitchen is a smaller separate room where you have everything you need, except the oven. There is a double-stove stove, microwave, owen, dishwasher, electric kettle, fridge, crockery and cutlery.
The bathroom has a shower and washmachine. The WC is a separate room and is not part of the bathroom.
