House located in Santo Amaro, a small village with a population of 200, on the north coast of Pico island. The garden ends at the sea. Wake up and come to the living room to see the island ahead and the boats sailing on the channel. Walk to the port for a swim. At dusk, stroll in the center of the village and listen to the sea birds singing.

If you cancel your booking 14 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 7 days before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 6 days before the move-in date, you won`t get a refund of the first rent.
