Living just a step away from the Levada do Norte gives you freedom to be immersed straight away in nature. Quite easily you get to another part of this vast area where you will find other villages and a town. Our main town is a beautiful gem. Called Ribeira Brava it has all you need. Gym, water sports, beach, traditional creations and food at affordable prices and much more. We have our own Medical Centre with emergency area. From here you can go anywhere, sea or mountain and I will always advice you the best routes.
From my house you can get to the nearest town about 10 minutes by car. To Funchal, our capital its about 20 minutes by high way. There are buses to Ribeira Brava at about 5 times a day and to Funchal about twice a day. But I will provide you with exact times. The bus stop is just a minute away from my house. There are also local taxis that I will provide you with their contacts.

If you cancel your booking 7 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 47 hours before the move-in date, you won`t get a refund of the first rent.
