The flat is facing inner yard which makes it a quiet place ideal for professionals, students or couples. The location in the city center provides a lot of opportunities for social life including restaurants, coffee shops, cinema and shopping mall. Connectivity will not be a problem:

- Train station is 15 minutes walk
- residential parking is possible
- Airport is 15 minutes ride or 30 minutes by public transport
The price consists of:
- rent of the property and equipment
- all service fees of the building
- electricity and heating
- optical fiber internet

No Deposit for stays of less than 6 months!
If you cancel your booking 14 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 7 days before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 6 days before the move-in date, you won`t get a refund of the first rent.

to check availability and to ask any questions you may have. Once the host confirms, you can complete your booking.
