We are located inside the forest of Agrafa, overlooking the lake of Palstira. A perfect hiding place, with lots of hiking paths, bycicle rent and lake activities. We offer individual aparmtents with lake view for motnhly rent, with satelite internet available. Inside the estate there is a spacious All day cafe called Morfes, with amazing views, fireplaces for the winter and ideal places to work and relax.

If you cancel your booking 14 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 7 days before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 6 days before the move-in date, you won`t get a refund of the first rent.
