CITY TAX is applicable for stays lees than 60 nights. The amount is 50CZK pe person (older than 18 years) per night. The CITY TAX will be payed directly (cash or credit card) to the landlord.

If you cancel your booking 14 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 7 days before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 6 days before the move-in date, you won`t get a refund of the first rent.
