Newly renovated village houses in the center of a very typical and authentic Portuguese small village very near the most wanderfull beaches. The house is very modern, with 2 double rooms in the first floor that share a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen opened to the living room with direct door to a very sunny balcony with a table for 8 with a very nice view. On the first floor there is a open space where you have another living room with a sofa-bed and a table for working with a monitor where you can connect your laptop, a room with 2 beds and a bathroom. So the first floor could be considered a separate studio.

No Deposit for stays of less than 6 months!
If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 13 days before the move-in date, you won`t get a refund of the first rent.
