An open space with a kitchen with in an island, with a a table for 4 or 6, a living room with direct door to a very sunny balcony with a table for 4 with a very nice view.

If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 13 days before the move-in date, you won`t get a refund of the first rent.
