I offer a spacious, stylish and quiet studio apartment in an attractive location in Prague's Vinohrady. Vinohrady is one of the most popular districts for living in Prague. The studio is about a 3-minute walk from the Jirího z Podebrad metro station and the Å umavská tram stop. The apartment is located in a quiet side street surrounded by trees. Riegrovy sady ( the largest park in Vinohrady) is located one street above the apartment.
The studio has been renovated in the last three years - it has a new kitchen and bathroom.
The apartment is located in the basement. The windows are at the same level as a pavement.
The studio is equipped with a coffee machine, gas stove, fully equipped kitchen, wifi, hairdryer.
Pets are welcome!

If you cancel your booking 14 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 7 days before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 6 days before the move-in date, you won`t get a refund of the first rent.
