The swimming pool is seasonal and its open from 15th April till 15th October.
The swimming pool only allows children with an adult supervised.
Pool in operation, however may be under maintenance without notice from the condominium.
Please be aware there is security cameras in the common exterior areas of the property.
Smoking is not allowed inside our apartments. An additional fee will be charged if the rule is broken.
The use of the pool and common areas is exclusive for guests registered in the reservation. An additional fee will be charged if the rule is broken.
The air conditioning units should not be set to temperatures above 20ºC, and we advise against turning them all on simultaneously if you plan to use the water heater or stove.

If you cancel your reservation 30 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.

If you cancel your reservation less than 13 days before the move-in date, you won`t get a refund of the first rent.
