Cute 1 bedroom sea front apartment in city center
This apartment is in a fantastic location, right on the Riva in the center of the old town split. You are footsteps away from everything split has to offer, a 7-10 min walk from the port and a 30-minute drive from Split airport.
The apartment is on the 4th floor with no lift.
You will have a self-check in, depending on the time you arrive, you may need to pick up a key from the office just a 3-4 min walk from your apartment. Instructions will be given after the contract is final.

If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 13 days before the move-in date, you won`t get a refund of the first rent.
