Located within a 10m car drive from Lisbon motorway Estremoz exit (+- 140km from Lisbon), it is perfectly located near a small town 5km away from Estremoz city. It`s surrounded by other similar properties, which makes it private but at the same time you know you are not alone in the area. The road accesses are good and you will have no problem reaching the property.
The property has approx. 10.000m2 and is composed of a big olive tree backyard, the house, and a beautiful garden full of trees and flowers, so you can enjoy the little birds singing and drinking water in front of you.
You can enjoy the sunny days in the generous pool at your disposal near the main garden, where you can bathe, absorb some sunlight and enjoy the beautiful sunsets.
The three bedroom house, despite being traditionally built, is fully equipped and has all the commodities so you can enjoy life with comfort. It has a big main living room with a big dinner table and a wood fireplace, with heat recovery salamander, for those winter cold days. If you cancel your booking 7 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 47 hours before the move-in date, you won`t get a refund of the first rent.
