Quiet and Cozy Studio near City Center
I am offering a studio apartment for rent in the residential neighborhood of Podolí. The building is located directly behind the Podolská vodárna, a few steps from the Dvorce tram stop. The Palackého námestí metro station is 5 minutes away by tram, and the Podolí swimming pool, Žluté lázne, and Náplavka are within walking distance.
The studio is suitable for one person.
The studio has a French window leading to a small garden of approx. 10 m2, where you can sit in the summer or grow herbs.
The apartment is equipped with furniture, bed linen, towels, a vacuum cleaner, and cleaning products are available. The kitchen has dishes, a refrigerator, a microwave, a kettle, and a small hob.
Opposite the entrance to the apartment is a cellar that can be used as storage space.
There is no washing machine in the apartment, but laundry can be done in a nearby laundromat.
