Four bedroom family house in the village Mratín, East Prague.
Usable area is approximately 120 square meters. In the hall are tiles and the rooms has wooden floors.
Downstairs in the living room is brand new kitchen unit, dishwasher, stove, oven, refrigerator, dining table with 6 chairs, sofa bed and television.
On the first floor are three equipped rooms. The bedroom has a double bed, chest of drawers, bedside table with lamp and wardrobe.
The other two rooms has folding sofas, chairs and couch.
The bathroom has a corner bath, toilet, washing machine, tumble dryer. There is also an iron and hairdryer.
Possibility of using Wifi Internet connection.
Parking is directly in front of the house, it`s brand new house with the plastic windows. Water is heated with electric boiler.
The house is situated in a quiet location, the bus stop to Prague is near the house too.
Monthly rent includes all the charges.

If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 13 days before the move-in date, you won`t get a refund of the first rent.
