This cosy and equipped apartment is perfect for one person or couple. Is located on the 1st floor of the building from 2008 with a lift. The kitchen is equipped with electroceramic cook tob, electric oven, cooker hood, the fridger is located in the hall. Bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, washer and dryer and heated towel rack. Also is available clothes dryer rack. For your comfort there is available high-speed internet connection (WiFi) and cable TV. You can take a rest on the spacious balcony.
I provide the apartment absolutely clean together with enough fresh bed linen and towels. Iron, ironing board, hair dryer and vacuum cleaner on request.
!!! Due to damage of some equipment from tenants, the original one was replaced with a new one. The virtual tour is therefore not exactly the same as the photos.

If you cancel your booking 14 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 7 days before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 6 days before the move-in date, you won`t get a refund of the first rent.
