This room is part of a large apartment, with high ceilings on the total dimensional surface 120 m 2. The room is oriented to the South, have parquet floors, large Windows and a balcony where hamock is. The rooms are fully furnished, the apartment has a very good location (15-minute walk from the Prague Castle) and tram station is only 1 min walk from the apartment. Rent one or two rooms for a longer period. I live in one of the rooms I, if I'm in Prague. Condition is to watter my plants of balcony.

If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 13 days before the move-in date, you won`t get a refund of the first rent.
