This newly renovated apartment is located in the center of Karlin on the ground floor of a beautiful Art Nouveau building from the year 1910.
All shops are located very close, all within 5 minute walking distance: Albert and Lidl supermarkets, Thai Massage Center Sabai, Biologique Recherche Institute & Spa, Barber Shop, Fit Form Factory gym, Eska restaurant or the legendary cafe Muj salek kavy. Yoga Studio called Yoga Karlin is located directly opposite the apartment.
The apartment is fully equipped, it offers everything for a comfortable living.

If you cancel your booking 14 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 7 days before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 6 days before the move-in date, you won`t get a refund of the first rent.
