The price includes weekly cleaning with linen change. A washing machine is available in the building. The apartment is equipped with a kitchenette with a refrigerator, TV, bathroom with tub and shower, hairdryer, toilet with toiletries, WIFI.

If you cancel your booking 7 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 47 hours before the move-in date, you won`t get a refund of the first rent.
