New apartment with terrace near the center, Prague
I rent a single bright apartment 1 + kk with a large terrace in a family house for 1-2 persons. Room features a double bed including bed linen, towels, table and chairs. There is an equipped kitchen, a sofa bed for visits. The apartment is part of a family house with a garden which can be used. The house has a washing machine, a clothes dryer, an iron and an ironing board.
The house is free of charge. The house is in a very quiet part of Prague 4, while the center of Prague can be reached in about 20 minutes. An 8-minute walk from the house you will find a large shopping center, restaurants, cafes, sports, minigolf, etc. A small park is a bit behind the house. The public transport stop is a 3-minute walk away.

If you cancel your booking 14 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 7 days before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 6 days before the move-in date, you won`t get a refund of the first rent.
