WHERE IT'S LOCATED?
The flat is located next to the Zbawiciela square, one of the most known places in the city. It is situated in a historic town house from 1950s which is a part fo iconic MDM Warsaw district. It's a perfect place for a single/couple who loves living the city life.
The surroundings are often called 'the Paris of Poland' due to the magnificent architecture and local lifestyle.
Shops, restaurants, bars, theaters, clubs, museums, public administration buildings, parks, cinemas and many more are located in a very close proximity of the apartment. It iakes as little as 3-4min to reach the most iconic restaurants and shopping street - Mokotowska.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
You can easily reach metro, bus and tram stops within 1-4min by foot from which you can go to any part of the city.
APARTMENT
The flat consist of:
> Hallway with a 3m tall shoe wardrobe.
> Fully equipped kitchen, including:
- dishwasher,
- induction hob,
- kitchen hood,
- oven,
- fridge (ultra silent) which you can reach standing upright ;),
- washing machine with a dryer (ultra silent),
- granite sink,
- very good and strong lighting.
> Room with an original wooden floor, a huge wardrobe, a double bed (120 cm wide) with the most comfortable mattress ever (trust me!), a vintage single sofabed in a Bauhaus style, an armchair, 2 big windows with courtains and big mirrors.
> Bathroom with a double shower equipped with rain shower and hydromassage, a hairdryer, a washbasin and cabinet, and a toilet.
There is an elevator in the building. Plus, there is a beautiful view behind the windows.
The windows exposure is northern, therefore it doesn't get too hot in the summer, but at the same time the flat is really bright due to the 4th floor and plenty of open space outside (the building in front is quite far thus it also provides extra privacy).

If you cancel your booking 7 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 47 hours before the move-in date, you won`t get a refund of the first rent.
