It is only 10 minutes from the sea by car, and the fishing village of Volosko, the royal town of Opatija also known as "The Croatian Monaco", and close to the hiking and bike trails of Ucka mountain. The city of Rijeka is 12 minutes away. There are some great mediterranean restaurants close by, as well as the wineries in Istria only a short trip away. The luxurious feel of the apartment combined with a great central location for exploring the coast, the mountains and the nearby country of Slovenia and Italy makes this a wondeful home away from home.

If you cancel your booking 14 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 7 days before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 6 days before the move-in date, you won`t get a refund of the first rent.
