We offer a flat in new building and nearby city center - 3 tramstops/20 minutes walk. There is a kitchen with living room, small separated bedroom, bathroom + WC, hallway. Terrace and windows situated into calm inner garden.
Furnitured as you can see in the photos (negotiable based on your needs - e.g. extra bed, double bed in case of 2 people).

No Deposit for stays of less than 6 months!
If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 13 days before the move-in date, you won`t get a refund of the first rent.
