Situated in the car-free area of the old city, the house is at a walking distance of all the main service, cultural and leisure facilities: museum, theatre, public library, university, public gardens, the local farmers` market, groceries and supermarkets, shops, cafés, bars, etc.. Having the sea line at a 300 meters` range, you will easily reach the waterfront promenade, the marina area and the free natural pools of the city.
INFORMAL INN is designed to house young students from different countries. It occupies the upper-floor (with private entrance) of a two-floor house, offering an indoor area of 185m2, with a maximum of 5 students, divided in 5 bed-rooms, a living room, a kitchen and two bath-rooms, plus an outdoor space of 49m2 with a garden and terrace.
