We offer a nice apartment in a quiet location in Prague 2, Koubkova street.
The apartment consists of a bedroom with a large 180cm bed, large wardrobes, and a desk.
The new kitchen has an oven, hob, kettle, microwave. Basic dishes.
A smaller living room with a sofa bed and smart TV is connected to the kitchen.
There is also a toilet and a washing machine.
The apartment is directed to a quiet inner block.
In the building there is a lift
Tram station is just 5 minutes walk.
Metro station 10 minut walk

No Deposit for stays of less than 6 months!
If you cancel your booking 14 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 7 days before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 6 days before the move-in date, you won`t get a refund of the first rent.
