-we will do our best to make sure that your accomodation is perfect, the whole building is quite polite families, so what expected is respecting that, for example not playing loud music at night .
-checkout at 12:00 pm and if possible it can be delayed for 1 hour.
- You can checkout the room, leave your bags in living room for 2-3 hours if you're going somewhere.

If you cancel your booking 7 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 47 hours before the move-in date, you won`t get a refund of the first rent.
