Bright double floor apartment near Castle
The building is located in a popular neighborhood full of restaurants, cafes and shops. The airport is 20 minutes away. There are two parks nearby.
The apartment is on the 5th and 6th floor with an elevator. However, it is not wheelchair accessible due to the stairs inside the apartment. It is a very quiet apartment also thanks to the last floor.
It is about 60 meters in total. Furnished entrance hall, kitchen, living room (including desk), bedroom and two bathrooms (each on one floor). A/C and heating.
We are going abroad, that's why we rent it out. Otherwise, we have been living in the apartment for a long time, so everything is comfortable and ready for you!
We don't accept children and pets in the apartment!

If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 13 days before the move-in date, you won`t get a refund of the first rent.
