A beautiful apartment in an elegant style, located by the Centrum metro station, which makes it a great starting point for exploring the city. You can walk to the Palace of Culture in 10 minutes, the National Stadium can be seen from the window!
The kitchen and both bathrooms are fully equipped. There are 2 balconies in the apartment.
The windows of both bedrooms overlook the yard, each is air-conditioned. So you sleep in them in silence (the windows are soundproof) and in the perfect temperature.
The living room has 2 TV-sets and a PlayStation5 console.

If you cancel your booking 14 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 7 days before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 6 days before the move-in date, you won`t get a refund of the first rent.
