Athletes appreciate the cycleway leading around the Botic Brook or newly modified Havlíckovy sady park. The tram takes you to the Centre in about 15 minutes.
Completely renovated apartment ideal for couples is in the 1. floor of the four-storey building with an elevator. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need from electronics through the dishes in the kitchen to the bed linen and towels. For drying clothes it is possible to use a shared lock-up dryer on the 4. floor. In the apartment there is a large amount of storage space in the room, then two large wardrobes.
Spacious hall with a large shoe storage and towel rail on the door is also a full-sized fully equipped kitchen (combined cooker, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, fridge with separate freezer, sink with drainer). Here is the entrance to a separate WC. The room is divided into several zones-sleeping area with a double bed and a large library, a living area with a sofa bed (1.5 beds) and tv, working area with a small work table with a lamp and a dining area with a large round table with 3 chairs. The room is the entrance to the bathroom with a spacious shower, washbasin and washing machine (there is also a hair dryer, and iron with ironboard, vacuum cleaner). In the bathroom is located, the combined gas boiler that ensures the apartment heat and hot water.
