The annex is self-contained and has its own entrance.
Accommodation consists of a beautiful solarium leading into a double bedroom, kitchenette/living room, shower room.
The annex also has its own outside terrace and seating area.
The kitchenette has a microwave/oven, fridge/freezer, coffee and tea making facilities, dining table, chairs and sofa. It's possible to use the large fully equipped kitchen in the main house to prepare evening meals.
There's also a desk/chairs in the solarium.
Full central heating in the winter.
Yoga mats available.
Laundry facilities are available nearby.

If you cancel your booking 14 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 7 days before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 6 days before the move-in date, you won`t get a refund of the first rent.
