One bedroom (two rooms) apartment with great public transportation (bus line 5,7,110 is a block away, Metro lines are 2 bus stops or 15 minutes walking away) in a quiet neighborhood just a block away from Budapest Varosliget. The apartment is located at the attic (no elevator) of a 3 story high historical building. Perfect for singles or a couple. The apartment is fully furnished and has high speed insert, it has a double bed, desk, huge cabinet and a dresser in the bedroom. At the living room - kitchen area it has a dining area, fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, pots, pans, plates and everything that you need to prepare a meal. At the living room area there is a folding sofa, an armchair, tv (with some basic channels).
At the bathroom you can take a bath at the bathtub, and there is also a washer/dryer machine for doing laundry.

If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the move-in date, you`ll get a refund of half of the first rent.
If you cancel your booking less than 13 days before the move-in date, you won`t get a refund of the first rent.
